Junior Accountant
Revivn
Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an essential role that will directly support our accounting operations. - Own the accounting shared inbox (“Front”), ensuring timely triage and responses (SLA: within 1 business day).
- Perform monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts (banks, vendors, customers, inventory, etc.).
- Support process improvements and contribute to building a scalable monthly closing checklist.
Expected Outcomes (First Year):
- Deliver daily reconciliation routines for key accounts (banks, vendors, customers, etc.).
- Help deliver accurate monthly closing reports by the 5th business day each month.
- Develop and maintain a structured closing checklist.

- Support improvements in COGS tracking and reporting.
Who You Are:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting (completed or in last year).
