What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience, preferably in logistics, waste management, recycling, facility services, or industrial sales.
Strong understanding of field-based operations and local route-based businesses.
Proven ability to close new accounts and grow relationships over time.
Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills — able to own a territory and make it thrive.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Nice to Have:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with recycling, sustainability, or materials recovery.
Existing network in California’s recycling, logistics, or industrial services sectors.
Experience working with logistics or marketplace startups.
