Want to help tackle the plastic pollution problem and enable a circular economy?
We're seeking energetic hustlers to be our Operations Interns. You'll work alongside our COO and production team in logistics, packaging, and procurement. You'll learn and experience day-to-day operations in a manufacturing setting within a climate tech startup company.
You'd be the ideal candidate if you're a college student or recent grad looking for extracurricular experience in a startup or an operations field. You're passionate about solving environmental problems and making a positive impact.
Part-time and full-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating logistics activities, including shipping samples, packaging products, receiving raw materials, etc.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and minimize costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests, safety data sheets, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Provide administrative support in logistics, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
