Software operations and customer install manager oversees the operational aspects of software deployment ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Key responsibilities include managing customer installs, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Install Management: Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of customer installs.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensuring the stability and performance of software systems through monitoring customer needs.
  • Incident Management: Responding to customers and resolving software-related issues and incidents with development team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with development, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to software development and deployment processes.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to software operations and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to software performance and availability.
  • Resource Management: Managing resources allocated to software operations, including personnel, budget, and tools.

This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Supervisor immediately.
