Position Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on brand development, digital presence, and market positioning. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role will drive brand strategy and public relations initiatives. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with Sales and Executive leadership teams to drive demand generation, elevate thought leadership, and support sales enablement initiatives. The goal of this role is to strengthen the company’s market presence, reinforce industry leadership, and ensure consistent, strategic brand execution across all channels.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overarching marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
- Lead and manage all brand strategy initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and identity across internal and external channels.
- Drive brand relaunch activities, including updated messaging architecture, website redesign, creative direction, and market positioning enhancements.
- Oversee all digital marketing, social media, and web initiatives, ensuring channels are optimized for engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Execute and manage daily social media activities, content calendars, engagement strategies, and performance tracking.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all trade show and industry event participation, including booth strategy, logistics, messaging alignment, and lead follow‑up processes.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align messaging, develop sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, case studies), and strengthen communication with prospects.
- Strengthen the company’s industry presence through strategic partnerships, public relations efforts, and proactive communications planning.
- Ability to travel and/or work onsite as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

- This job may have direct or indirect supervisory responsibilities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and communication strategies.
- Experience in brand development, launches, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of program management.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and supporting high-level strategic initiatives.
- Travel and/or onsite work will be on an as needed basis.
