Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end operator acquisition funnel in SoCal: sourcing, outreach, pitching, onboarding.

  • Identify recyclers that fit our operator model.

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospects using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and EndorsedAI.

  • Partner with the operations team to activate and support new operators, ensuring smooth handoffs and early success.

  • Collaborate with leadership to define incentives, pricing, and expansion strategy.

  • Collect feedback from the field to inform product improvements and operational support.

  • Represent Replenysh at local trade events, industry groups, and through targeted outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or field operations—ideally in logistics, recycling, hauling, or marketplace businesses.

  • Deep familiarity with SoCal (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Inland Empire) and its regional dynamics.

  • Strong relationship builder with experience selling to or working with small business owners.

  • Comfortable working in a startup environment—hands-on, scrappy, and solutions-oriented.

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), cold outreach, and building scalable pipelines.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
