About you
8–12+ years of B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development experience, ideally selling to CPG brands.
Deep understanding of CPG operations and decision-making structures, especially around packaging, ESG, or procurement.
Strong network and credibility with key sustainability or procurement decision makers in the CPG space.
Proven ability to navigate and close complex enterprise deals.
Strategic thinker who can connect Replenysh’s capabilities with brand-level goals (e.g. recyclability, transparency, impact).
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to make the case for sustainability through a business lens.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Nice to Have:
Experience with sustainability platforms, EPR regulations, ESG reporting, or impact measurement tools.
Background in packaging, supply chain, or brand marketing at a CPG.
