What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years of experience as a regional sales or territory manager, ideally working with or selling to recycling centers, MRFs, or haulers.
A strong network of contacts in the California recycling ecosystem.
Deep understanding of operator incentives, economics, and logistics workflows.
Proven ability to close deals and manage relationships post-sale.
Comfortable with remote work, independent execution, and fast-moving environments.
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Nice to Have:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of secondary material markets (glass, PET, aluminum, OCC).
Experience working with logistics or marketplace startups.
