Own and drive the full sales cycle for high-value supplier accounts across California.
Leverage your network to source and close strategic partnerships with large-volume suppliers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term supplier value.
Represent Replenysh externally at trade events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
Provide market feedback and help evolve our supplier acquisition strategy.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting in HubSpot.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of B2B sales or partnership experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, commercial services, or logistics.
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise or multi-location clients.
Strong network of relevant contacts in the California market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results.
Comfortable operating independently and in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Existing relationships with national businesses in hospitality or F&B.
Experience in recycling, waste management, sustainability, or logistics.
Worked in a fast-paced startup or early-stage environment.
