What You'll Do:

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for high-value supplier accounts across California.

  • Leverage your network to source and close strategic partnerships with large-volume suppliers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term supplier value.

  • Represent Replenysh externally at trade events, conferences, and strategic meetings.

  • Provide market feedback and help evolve our supplier acquisition strategy.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting in HubSpot.


What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales or partnership experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, commercial services, or logistics.

  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise or multi-location clients.

  • Strong network of relevant contacts in the California market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results.

  • Comfortable operating independently and in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Existing relationships with national businesses in hospitality or F&B.

  • Experience in recycling, waste management, sustainability, or logistics.

  • Worked in a fast-paced startup or early-stage environment.
