Role Description

cieTrade is looking for a Bachelor’s or Master's level student for our Marketing and Graphic Design Internship opportunity. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is flexible in daily tasks, has great attention to detail and a proven track record of producing high-level, creative deliverables. As a Marketing and Graphic Design Intern at cieTrade, you will be responsible for supporting our Marketing team and producing high-quality marketing content and sales collateral that represents cieTrade’s brand and messaging. This position is based from our office in Norwalk, Connecticut for the period of Summer 2024. This a paid internship.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks such as contact list cleaning and upkeep, document management & organization, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Work with marketing and management to develop marketing creatives including tradeshow collateral, business card design, social media graphics, digital display ads, infographics, short videos and more.
• Create collateral to support email campaigns, newsletters, product and feature announcements, brochures, blog articles, publication articles, and more.
• Assist in updating and maintaining website and landing page content for increased traffic, conversions, etc.
• Conduct market research into the industries we currently work in and are expanding into, including: trends, performance, market saturation, and more.
• Conduct analysis of product competitors and organize findings for business strategy.
• Carry out special projects as assigned by team leads and/or management.
• Ensure a creative and consistent look and feel that supports the cieTrade brand and messaging.

Education, Skills, & Experience

• Currently finishing a Bachelor’s or pursuing a Master’s degree in Graphic Design and/or Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Confident and enthusiastic communicator.
• Previous office work or internship experience in applicable field(s) preferred.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) preferred.
