  • Inventory Reporting and Reconciliation
    • Inventory SME for tracking, and understanding Inventory position
    • Complete required monthly Borrowing Base reporting timely
    • Audit support for Inventory topics - both Financial and lending audits
    • Inventory Controls working with Materials Management, Production and Purchasing
    • Ensuring proper reserves for Inventory including Excess & Obsolete, LCM for proper Balance Sheet presentation on a quarterly basis
  • Engineering Change Notice Finance Review
    • Review and Approving including cost roll for BOM changes on new truck builds
      • Identify changes and confirm/identify any issues.
  • Closing Production job for Trucks built in each period
    • Identification issues with part consumption on job -may include identification of duplicate consumption, or missing consumption which would affect production variances.
    • Legwork on getting corrections transacted
  • Review of monthly activity posted from production to General Ledger
    • Investigates to understand monthly variances for PPV, Inventory Adjustment and Scrap
    • PPV review would include ensuring part standards are set appropriately
  • Standard part cost changes - new part numbers / changes due to supplier increases etc.
  • Support Sales review of Truck cost for National Account Sales
  • Backup and support for all things Finance & Accounting
    • Purchase req approval
    • Meeting attendance for weekly team updates on Inventory, Materials, Engineering Change Review
    • Assist with preparation and delivery of monthly financial reporting and operational analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of new or revised accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
  • Support other financial initiatives as needed
  • ​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting or controlling experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and management accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling).
  • Experience with finance modules in modern ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Exceptional financial analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
