Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the design and fabrication of production line and subassembly fixturing and test equipment
  • Support the maintenance of production line and subassembly fixturing and test equipment
  • Update and adapt production test equipment, if needed, for future products
  • Support prototype and pre-series vehicle builds
  • Identify areas of improvement for production line fixturing, subassembly fixturing, and production test equipment
Requirements

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all departments and staff
  • Experience with GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW
  • Experience with manual machining (mill and lathe)
  • Experience with CNC machining a plus

This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their supervisor immediately.
